A veteran of real estate markets in California and Arizona, Kristin was the designated broker and owner of a Scottsdale real estate company. Her 10 years of experience produces a strong commitment to customer service, product knowledge-market expertise, and honed negotiation skills. Kristin has earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, only 4% of 2 million REALTORS have this level of education, experience, and sales volume. In addition, she holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) designations.
Personal:
As a former ski instructor in both Vail, CO, and Australia, as well as a San Francisco marathon runner, Kristin embraces the active, outdoor lifestyle of Arizona. Having lived and studied in Germany and Austria, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Australia. She is most proud of her 7 year old daughter, who is fluent in French and a student at the International School of Arizona.
